We are located in the heart of the Bronx and been in existence for over five years. We provide Security & Customer Service Training services and permanent employment placement for New York City resident that are referred to us from different agencies, also those individuals unemployed due to the events of 9/11. Two of our main goals are to delight and satisfied employers with qualified individuals that are hard working and experienced.

We have been successful thus far due to the commitment of highly skilled staff members working as a team to provide training and workshop for our participants.

We pre-screen all of our participants and require them to complete all training programs and workshop that are assigned to them before we referred them to any employer. We ensure that employers obtain the best match for their needs as well as providing retention service to our participants, we provide the employer with follow-up and intervention services. Our participants are experienced in customer service, clerical, data entry, receptionist, security, sales, factory, warehouse and many other areas.
